We want your Gold Standard Furs piece to arrive safely and promptly. Here's what to expect after placing your order.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Method We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. 

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll work to resolve it quickly. For lost packages, please reach out and we'll help investigate with USPS.
